Subject to these Terms, the Company will deliver the quantity of cryptocurrency, financial assets, financial instruments or services provided, however, that the Company will endeavor to deliver the quantity of of cryptocurrency, financial assets, financial instruments or services you are to receive within one (1) week of receipt of payment from you, however, the Company reserves the right to extend the cryptocurrency, financial assets, financial instruments or services delivery deadline for up to four (4) additional weeks if necessary to address any technical difficulties), (ii) one (1) week after you provide a complete and accurate wallet  address, account or securities transfer accounts and (iii) one (1) week after you provide complete and accurate information and documentation requested by the Company in connection with the Compliance Procedures (provided, however, that the Company reserves the right to extend the of cryptocurrency, financial assets, financial instruments or services delivery deadline if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that additional time is advisable to analyze information and documentation received in connection with its Compliance Procedures and conduct related compliance).

 

For the avoidance of doubt, any extension pursuant to these Terms shall not affect the obligation of the Company and you to make and take delivery, respectively, of purchased cryptocurrency, financial assets, financial instruments or services.
