By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Website.

Neither the SEC nor FINRA has approved, endorsed, reviewed, or verified Areca, this Website, its content, or any company, fund, transaction, security, or investment opportunity referenced on it.

Areca does not:

• Execute securities transactions;

• Maintain brokerage or investment accounts;
